Job Description:

Manufacturing Manager O&G equipment fabrication experience. Heavy assembly experience, both electrical (assembling the electrical control systems) and general assembly (welding nozzles, flanges, etc. to the vessel). What You’ll Do: Lead and organize operations across various manufacturing departments Manage workforce capacity, budgets, and performance to meet quality and delivery targets Drive safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency initiatives Oversee job, space, tooling, and equipment planning to maximize productivity Provide leadership in employee training and development Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders Review employee timecards and conduct performance reviews Maintain an organized and safe work environment Requirements: 10 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years of leadership experience In-depth knowledge of pressure vessels, structural steel, and oil & gas processing equipment A strong understanding of welding, layout, and ASME/ANSI vessel and piping codes Experience with Lean methodologies A higher vocational welding background (preferred) Proficiency in managing MRP/ERP systems (preferred but not required) Experience in an ISO 9001 environment (preferred) Company Benefits: 401(k) with 4% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-paid life & long-term disability insurance Voluntary life insurance and short-term disability options PTO 8 paid holidays Ref: 208-Eng Tulsa
