We market and sell TTC products worldwide through a network of distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental center and home centers-as well as online direct to end users. -The Industrial Engineer Intern will work within the Industrial Engineering group to improve the processes used to produce Ditch Witch - products. This position is located at the corporate facilities in Perry, OK.What Will You Do? -In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: -

• Assist with the documentation of the current facility layout.
• Participate in the physical construction of work cells and warehouse areas to implement improvements to the processes.
• Conduct time studies using video equipment.
• Create layout proposals for new and/or existing areas to create or improve the safety and efficiency of the process.
• Work closely with other areas in production and support as needed to assist in completion of projects.--- -What Do You Need? -To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: -
  • Junior or Senior student working toward a BS in Industrial Engineering at an ABET accredited university.
  • Knowledge or experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Understanding of Lean Principles is recommended.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, positive and energetic.
