Ram Jack, were looking for a Customer Service Representative to
join our call center. This is the front line of communication with
our customers and franchises across the U.S. What Youll Do Answer
and Schedule : Take inbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
Follow Up : Make outbound calls and send emails to check on client
needs. Keep Records Organized : Enter and update customer details
in our CRM system. Be a Team Player : Assist with other call center
tasks as needed. What Were Looking For Clear and friendly
communication skills (phone and email). Basic computer skills and
ability to learn new systems. Dependable and comfortable working in
a structured environment. Prior customer service experience is
helpful, but not requiredwe provide training! What We Offer Paid
