As part of our highly specialized Customer Service Team, you will be the single point of contact for our members and providers. The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to both members and providers Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions. Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations. Must live in either Colorado, Maryland or Oklahoma!
