SummaryThe Coordinator of Advertising and Analytics will utilize
skills in advertising, digital marketing and project management to
help implement Oklahoma State University's strategic marketing and
communications plan which includes improving recruitment, retention
and reputation management. The coordinator will research, plan,
execute and manage all advertising campaigns, monitoring progress
and utilizing analytics to optimize and improve performance in
partnership with university vendors. The coordinator will maintain
strong relationships with campus partners to provide strategic
oversight of brand management and advertising initiatives,
including writing, editing, photography, design projects, and
advertising landing pages.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising,
Communication, Business or a related field.
Three or more years of successful experience in marketing,
communication and/or advertising.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and project
management experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing
and advertising. Experience implementing a strategic marketing
plan. Ability to work cross-functionally with supervisors, unit
staff and campus partners to ensure collaborative environment,
coordinated efforts and maximized campaigns. Must learn quickly and
adapt to a quickly changing environment. Excellent quantitative and
problem solving skills required to analyze and optimize campaign
performance. Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to
effectively manage multiple assignments with contending priorities
and tight deadlines. Demonstrate creativity, integrity and passion
for growing the brand of Oklahoma State University. Use of digital
marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Ads, paid social
platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising reporting.
Skills in understanding the full content journey and creating
strong messaging cohesion from ad to landing page. Proven
understanding of KPI's and ability to make sound recommendations
and decisions. Skill clearly articulating successes and failures of
campaigns. Strong people and teamwork skills. Demonstrated
