If you like working with your hands, learning different assembly
tasks, and taking pride in building high-quality products, you'll
thrive in this role. As an Assembler - Level 2, you'll rotate
through various stations, assemble components to exact
specifications, and use a range of tools-from hand tools to laser
etchers-to complete customer-specific work. You'll also help
support continuous improvement and may even train others as your
skills grow. This is a great fit for someone who values teamwork,
precision, and variety in their workday. This will be a first shift
role at our Tulsa facility Job Duties: /n - Participate and
Contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost continuous
improvement efforts. /n - Use Production system to record
day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and
report completed work. /n - Use basic printing programs to complete
customer orders when required for a specific job and make
adjustments when needed on his/her own. /n - Take initiative to
ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out
additional information from lead or Supervisor. /n - May be
responsible for basic training of others in department. /n - Use
basic Hand, battery, electric and pneumatic powered tools to
complete assemblies. /n - Safely use circular saws, deburring tools
to complete modified assemblies. /n - Accurately use laser etcher,
dot peen etcher and engraver to complete modified assemblies to
customer specifications. /n - Navigate through basic LX screens to
identify Inventory requirements and status as needed and utilize
system as required to make adjustments. /n - Perform basic 5S and
Lean concepts to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace /n
/n Qualifications: /n - High School diploma or GED /n - 3 years of
assembly experience /n - Basic computer skills including previous
experience with an ERP system and Microsoft Office /n - Basic math
skills /n - Strong attention to detail /n - Able to work
effectively in a team environment /n - This role is between $17-19
