Immediate need for a recruiter with one of Tulsa's most prominent employers.

The ideal candidate will recruit, source, screen and interview candidates. You can also expect to conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks.

Candidates must have:

* Proven experience and success recruiting in a corporate and/or agency environment.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiation skills

* Ability to build relationships and influence selection decisions

* Proficient with MS Excel and MS
